Noise Monitoring

Noise pollution monitoring is performed in compliance with the Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules, 2000 and CPCB guidelines. We conduct mapping of Leq (Day & Night), Lmax, Lmin, and peak sound pressure levels in industrial, commercial, residential, and silence zones. Our assessments include both ambient and occupational noise monitoring to evaluate community and worker exposure. Monitoring is essential for EC compliance, factory audits, and health impact analysis.

Technical Scope:

• Measurement of Leq, Lmax, Lmin as per IS 9989 standards for accurate noise assessment.
• Day (06:00–22:00) and Night (22:00–06:00) noise monitoring as per CPCB norms.
• Noise contour mapping and impact assessment across industrial and sensitive zones.
• Monitoring conducted at boundary walls, stack bases, and nearby habitations.
• Occupational noise exposure assessment at DG sets, compressors, and workshops.
• Comparison of readings with Ambient Noise Standards for residential, commercial, and silence zones.
• Identification and ranking of industrial machinery as noise source contributors.
• Comprehensive reporting for EC, CFO, ISO 14001 certification, and Factory Rule submissions.
